💔 They stole my husband from me — and they did it behind closed hospital doors.

I was in the hospital on the same floor as my husband during COVID. They wouldn’t let me see him. Not once. I couldn’t hold his hand. I couldn’t kiss him goodbye. I couldn’t tell him I loved him one last time.

They gave him Remdesivir. That drug killed him. He didn’t die from COVID, he was killed by a deadly hospital protocol — the same protocol that was forced on so many others. Alone. Isolated. Medicated into the grave. And the worst part?
Remdesivir is still being used in hospitals today.
No one has been held accountable.

Are you one of the 163 million who will "donate" their income today without ever questioning the lawful foundation behind the demand?

In 1999, I made $120,000 and was in the 31% tax bracket on a 1099.

I sat alone at my kitchen counter, dreading the amount of taxes I was conditioned to believe I had to pay.

My brain was in pain reading that booklet.
But then I read the form.

Underneath the signature line it says: "I swear under penalty of perjury that I understand what I'm signing."

But you don't. Do you?

Nobody knows the entire tax code.
The average American doesn't even know the basics of their own filing.

Signing that form without understanding it is perjury. 3-5 years in prison.
Up to $100,000 in fines.

You also have a 5th Amendment right to not perjure yourself.

So I decided not to commit perjury.

And then I started digging into whether the IRS even had the authority to rule over me.

Here is what 26 years of research taught me:

1. The Constitution is the ceiling.
It throttles government overreach. Every agency, every regulation, every demand letter must stay beneath it.

2. The 16th Amendment says what it says and doesn't say what it doesn't say.

It did ONE thing: removed the apportionment requirement so Congress didn't have to divide the tax burden by population as Article I demanded.

It does not define income. It does not say "all persons."
It does not reach private men and women.

The Supreme Court confirmed in Brushaber v. Union Pacific (1916) that the 16th created ZERO new taxing power.

Eisner v. Macomber (1920) confirmed income means GAIN, not your labor exchanged for equal value.

3. The CFR is not law over YOU.

The IRS operates under the Code of Federal Regulations.
That is administrative law.

It governs federal agencies and their employees, not private men and women standing on the land.

Their own 26 CFR 601.602 calls compliance VOLUNTARY.

That word is not an accident.

4. IRS Publication 525 is not the law. That is how the IRS executes its agenda.

A publication is not a statute.
It is not Congress.
It has no force of law over a private individual.

That is Legal Fockery.

The question nobody is asking:

Where in the CFR does it define YOU as the regulated party?

If they cannot point to a definition section that includes a living man or woman, that regulation is speaking to a legal fiction, not you.

A legal fiction is your corporation, your LLC, your DBA.
Commerce.
Commercial activity.

That's why in legal fockery fashion, "they" must commercialize EVERYTHING in order to make claim to it. They fool you.

The CFR has tremendous power over federal employees, contractors, corporations, and anyone who has voluntarily entered a federal program.

It has zero inherent authority over private people standing who have not contracted into that jurisdiction with full disclosure and voluntary intent.

And West Virginia v. EPA (2022) plus Loper Bright (2024) just handed the courts the tools to enforce exactly that.

The IRS must now show explicit congressional authorization for every major action it takes. Courts no longer defer to the agency's interpretation of its own power.

26 years ago I sat at that kitchen counter in pain.

Today I teach over 1,000 members at Legal Fockery University exactly what I learned so they never have to feel that way again.

The law is on your side when you know what it actually says.
