The Democratic Party is trying to serve two masters—the people and the corporate donors. And until it picks the people over its corporate masters, the Democratic Party will keep losing.

Governor Andy Beshear, in a Trump +30 state, gives advice to Democrats: Do not throw LGBTQ+ people under the bus, it will not work.
His advice to dems: Lead on your values.
This man ran on a fully inclusive campaign in 2023 and won. He received the same kind of ads Harris did.
Holding back tears: “It was a terrible night for women, for children, for the hundreds of thousands of hard working immigrants who make this country great, for health care, for our climate, for science, for journalism, for justice, for free speech, for poor people, for the middle class, for seniors who rely on social security, for our allies in Ukraine, for NATO, for the truth, for democracy, for decency, for everyone who voted again him, and guess what—it was a bad night for everyone who voted for him too, you just don’t realize it yet” @jimmykimmel@JimmyKimmelLive

I don’t think we have to choose between cheap groceries and Palestinian lives. But even if I did, I would choose Palestinian lives.
I can’t imagine the pressure on Kamala Harris right now. So much is at stake. But this is more than a misstep.
It’s more than a bad answer to a good question. It reveals a failed strategy of the DNC that could cost them the election.
For over a year, I’ve heard Democrats discredit concerns about Gaza by saying people vote on domestic issues not foreign policy. But times are different - Americans are watching women and children slaughtered daily by Israel, with bombs made in the USA. And we are sick of it.
Recent studies show that 80% of progressive and independent voters want an arms embargo on Israel. If the DNC does not change direction on Israel it could cost them the election.
Moreover, there is something more important than winning an election - and that is standing up for life and doing what is right.
Palestinian lives matter - more than cheap eggs.
Palestinian lives not only matter - they are precious, made in the image of God.
And it is time we start acting like it.
Arms embargo now.
Let Gaza live.
People keep telling me that if we can just get Harris elected, she will change course on Israel. But someone dear to me said, “It sounds like an abusive partner saying, ‘If you’ll just marry me, I’ll change my behavior.’”

We need the killing in Gaza to stop —
Not in January… but now.
Not another bomb, not another billion dollars… now is the time to stop funding and arming Israel’s collective punishment of Gaza.
I do believe Trump would be more deadly. But I also understand those who cannot hang with the DNC as every day brings new horrors.
Pro-Palestinian protesters shout “City Council you can’t hide, no more votes for genocide” as the meeting is about to adjourn. The council has never taken up a cease-fire resolution, unlike many other city legislatures, even though there was internal discussion about doing so.
Surprise! I was recently elected to fill an open seat on CEC1 - NYC's version of a school board. After dodging jury duty this morning, I joined this lunch where I met my school ... I'm so excited to rep @UNMSRocks & serve on CEC1. 💜@cecd1nyc@District1NYC
Shout out to our @District1NYC@cecd1nyc liaisons for their support, collaboration, advocacy, and service! A special thanks to our D1 CEC liaison, Amanda Hambrick Ashcraft! #TogetherWeMakeTheDifference
The "opportunity agenda for Black men" is fine... but I don't give a shit. I'm voting against a fascist soon, I'm good. And the overwhelming majority of Black men are too. It's the white guys who stay being the problem.
