@marksaunders_TO Cars emit toxic fumes via their exhausts (look at the blackened snow in winter on the side of the roads) and sooo much heat (walk or cycle next to hundreds of them in the already searing summer Toronto heat) . But penalize the cyclists! S.M.R.T.
