Wow that translation is confusing, here's my take.

Big Knuckles Punch-a-Lot, the boxer, has a wife who's also a florist. A photo of one of her flower bouquets was posted on another florist's social media. This other flower shop has two sisters and a son. One of the sisters posted the photo. The others there, I'm assuming, are the mother and father of the 3 siblings, but I'm not sure. Knuckles showed up because he's wife was upset and punched the son, fracturing his skull and he died in hospital a few days later after coma. The son didn't know what was going on. Big Knuckles got life in prison and a fine. This happened in Turkey in April of last year.

Ok, I'm probably missing a bunch and might have some details wrong, but I thought I'd give an explanation in English. Feel free to correct or add.
