1) Physical proximity.

It requires the victim to be pressed up against you and often face to face. The last thing the victim sees before they die is the face of their killer.

2) Duration.

Death by strangulation is not instantaneous. It typically involves a period during which the victim is conscious, struggling, and aware of what is happening. This creates a drawn-out experience of horror and dread.

3) Power and control.

There are faster ways to kill someone. Strangulation is about exerting dominance. The act itself can serve as an extreme expression of ownership or silencing by literally cutting off the victim’s ability to speak, breathe, or resist.

That Lindsay Clancey subjected her own children to this horrific end and has now become a hero to the feminist movement across the country shows how far this country has fallen.

People should be lining the streets in support of Patrick Clancy, not his wife.

Patrick was an incredible husband and father.

He worked hard and had a great job in tech sales.

He bought his family a beautiful home in a peaceful suburban neighborhood.

He paid for a nanny to give his wife frequent breaks especially when she had been nursing over night.

He paid for a litany of medical treatments and psychiatric evaluations for his wife, many of them expensive and out of pocket.

We was emotionally supportive and helpful around the house.

He got a remote job so he could help his wife more with the kids.

He was a doting father who considered his children his greatest blessing in life.

They were his pride and joy.

He did EVERYTHING he possibly could.

Most men would've divorced Lindsey when she went crazy and unstable, but Patrick stuck with her.

By all accounts, he was an ideal and exemplary husband and father.

But because they hate all men, angry feminists online have tried to make this innocent man into some kind of a monster.
