Not much beats waking up to a winter wonderland.. @ToddYakoubian@WxZachary@JamesBryantWX@NWSLittleRock#arwx
@PappenheimWx Will be very interesting to see the line between significant ice impacts/snow along and south of the LR area. IMO the line would be closer to southern Arkansas. Big ice storm or big snow either way.
@SammySeeger No need to hunker down quite yet!
Expect stronger storms in the 7-9PM window, with the main threat being hail/damaging winds.
Can’t rule out a brief tornado, although it looks like those chances are very low with the way the other storms have performed so far.
Getting almost all freezing rain in Conway as of 2:18PM. Starting to freeze over on cars..roads remain extremely wet for now. Air temp at 30. @NWSLittleRock @KATVJames #ARWX
@maddyabby Right on cue, looks like they just issued a winter storm warning for Faulkner and surrounding counties. 4-6 inches expected with locally higher amounts possible
There will be a lot of trees down across central Arkansas late this afternoon/early this evening. Here is a tree that fell through a house in Conway (Faulkner County).
