No examinations are scheduled on major festivals like Diwali, Holi, or Christmas.
Yet Muslim students are repeatedly being forced to choose between their education and one of their most important religious festivals Eid-ul-Adha.
On a day when Eid prayers are considered obligatory for many Muslims, institutions in India have still scheduled examinations, including English and Chemistry papers.

First, Muslim girls are told not to wear hijab in examination halls.
Now students are being pushed to choose between celebrating their religious festival or appearing for exams.

What exactly are Muslim students supposed to choose?
Their faith or their future?

The @NTA_Exams and concerned institutions should immediately correct this insensitivity and reconsider such schedules.
If a body cannot equally respect the religious diversity of all communities, then calling itself “National” loses its meaning.
