Here’s an example of the anti-White incentives placed on schools.
Imagine an otherwise excellent school with attainment 8 scores of:
• 42 for Black/Caribbean students (above average)
• 51 for White students (above average)
Ofsted could downgrade the school from “Outstanding” to “Good” because of the high attainment gap of 9 (national average is 4.9), even though both groups are scoring above average.
But…
If the school posts the same score of 42 for Black Caribbean students and White students achieve a lower score of 48 (6 point gap), the school would be more likely to receive their highly coveted “Outstanding” rating.
A compounding factor is the fact that Ofsted uses ‘White British’ children as the benchmark.
So Chinese and other higher-performing groups can receive all the help in the world and their high scores won’t negatively impact the school’s Ofsted report.
It is only White children that find themselves tethered to lower-performing ethnic groups.
Basically the lower the White British attainment score, the better the school’s Ofsted report will be.
Last night, I read the entirety of C.S. Lewis' The Screwtape Letters. It's a novel told in the form of letters written by a demon to another demon instructing him on ways to manipulate his "patient" to do evil.
This one quote sounded familiar.
They sell a little device with one button and one light. The trick is the light flashes a second before you press it, every time, because a second from now you already have. You can't beat it. People buy it to prove they have free will and leave proving they don't.
Most spiral. I did too, for about a week. Then one morning the light came on and I watched my thumb go down a second later like watching rain start, and instead of horror I felt this absurd relief. Oh. It was always like this.
Every coffee, every thing I've said to my wife, I just never had the little green bulb to see it by. The weird part is the coffee's better now. I don't drink it; it gets drunk. The taste is still here. I'm the part that left.
You can pick the rest of us out by our faces. Not happy, exactly. Happy was a thing I used to know how to want. We look like people who went looking for a way out and found a door where there wasn't supposed to be a wall.
the golden shadow is jung's most underrated concept. everyone talks about the dark shadow, the parts you repress. but you also repress your greatness. the qualities you admire in others and refuse to claim in yourself. most people I work with come to work on their darkness. but in reality they're blocked by an unconscious refusal to be as brilliant as they actually are.
I personally think everyone should make zines, even just PDF editions and compilations of your work, at least for the cause that if you lose all your social media you still have examples of and proof that you made something and lived it.....these are my thoughts
If your parents hit you as a kid, the most important thing you can do is forgive them and break the chain with your own kids. This is actually much easier than it seems since you can simply choose to do things. But it involves recognizing that the initial physical violation pales in comparison to the deeper psychic betrayal, which is the realization that your authority figures are weak, indulgent, out of control and therefore unfit to govern you. Not they betrayed you, but they betrayed themselves. In principle, this is a good realization to have and most basically intelligent people come to it at one point or another. The problem with having it forced on you at a young age is that it creates a permanent distance between you and your emotions. In other words, you can understand and even accept them, but you will never fully believe them. They will forever seem fake and gay. This makes it hard to be vulnerable or uninhibited, which are prerequisites of all love bonds. Immigrant parents, even the smart ones, don’t seem to realize that initiating their kids into reality while they’re still dependents is not wise but lazy and retarded.
King of Sweden figured this out 500+ years ago to price cargo value for import taxes
1. You declare the assessed value of your asset, you pay the tax on your assessed value
2. The king has the right to buy the asset at the declared value
