The debate on the Xhosa Traditional
Attire is interesting.
Traditionally nothing was worn just because it looked nice. Colours, fabric, beadwork or even the length of a skirt and whether shoulders were covered all carried meaning. Clan. Status.
Whether you’d been initiated, married, or were in mourning. Red ochre wasn’t a colour choice, it was identity and even resistance. A makoti’s dress wasn’t a style, it was respect made visible.
So the questioning isn’t hate or policing fun. It’s people watching a whole language get flattened into aesthetics, and knowing that once the meaning goes it rarely comes back.
We can wear what we want, that’s our right. Let’s just know what we’re carrying before remixing it.
You do not grow a company by adding customers.
You grow it by multiplying people.
That is the law of internal multiplication.
Every great builder understands this truth.
Growth begins within. Sounds simple.. it is not
There are two companies inside every company.
The visible business the world sees.
And the invisible company that sustains it.
The visible business is the soul the marketplace can touch.
It has five core functions that shape every enterprise.
Lead generation.
Lead nurture.
Sales.
Fulfillment.
Retention and ascension
But every external law has an internal twin.
What you build outside will always collapse if not sustained inside.
The invisible company, the one Heaven measures, also has five laws.
They mirror the external functions that drive growth.
Master these, and you will scale from the inside out.
Law 1: Application Generation
If you want great people, you must attract them.
Just as you advertise for customers, you must advertise for talent.
The same six rivers that bring customers will bring team members.
Paid ads. media. . Outreach. Affiliates. Referrals.
Stop waiting for good people to appear.
Recruiting is not luck, it's about precision ...
You do not find great people.
You become who great people want to follow.
Law 2: Application Nurture
The quality of your follow-up reveals the quality of your future.
The slow company always loses talent to the swift one.
Build a nurture system for applicants just as you would for buyers.
Every applicant should feel pursued, honored, and seen.
Speed is credibility.
Honor is magnetism.
Both are proof that excellence lives in your house.
Law 3: The Interview is the Sale
You are not hiring them, you are persuading them to join your dream.
The interview is not a transaction. It is a transfer of vision.
People do not join companies. They join conviction.
They join stories that feel larger than themselves.
Have a script.
Have a rhythm.
Know your offer.
Clarity is persuasion.
When your dream becomes their dream, loyalty is born.
Law 4: Training is Fulfillment
Disorder is the proof of an untrained team.
The moment they say yes, fulfillment begins.
Deliver on what you sold.
Give them systems, clarity, cadence, and culture.
Show them the metrics that matter.
Give them a path to mastery.
Training is not an event. It is an environment.
People do not fail jobs. They fail unclear expectations.
When order enters the house, excellence multiplies.
Law 5: Retention and Ascension
The proof of leadership is retention.
The proof of wisdom is elevation.
Retention is not about keeping people happy.
It is about keeping them growing.
People stay where they are seen.
They stay where they can ascend.
They stay where their excellence has a future.
Every team member should know how to win, how to earn more, and how to grow in influence.
If you cannot see their future, they will find someone who can.
The greatest leaders build what can be called the Harvard of Excellence.
A place so valuable that being trained there becomes a status symbol.
When your company’s name on a résumé increases a person’s worth, you have moved from business to institution.
From management to mastery.
You do not multiply by hiring hands.
You multiply by raising hearts.
And the secret to scaling any company
is not in finding people to work for you
but in becoming the kind of leader people want to build with you.
Nepotize me lord. You’re my father. Let them know. Put me in places they think I don’t deserve and let them know “my child gets anything and everything she desires”
God restores.
He restores life
He restores time
He restores fortunes
He restores relationships
He restores all things

Marrying a partner who has a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit will save you from unnecessary arguements.
One minute they're misbehaving and the next minute they're under the discipline of the Holy Spirit.
Sometimes you don't even have to open your mouth. 😂
Having faith is so crazy because it’s like you can’t fully explain why you trust that the things are going to workout , but you just know that they will ..
Nah for real, Jesus taught him how to be a gentle parent. Literally wiping everyone out with floods, turning that nosey lady into salt, burning whole cities and he sent 10 different plagues 😭 Jesus saved us
Nobody tells you how hard it is to rewire your brain so you can allow amazing things to happen to you after so much trauma or hurt. Blessings exist, good people exist, a softer life exists. Let it happen.🤍
Socio- economic dynamics are at play all the time. At our school most of the Black moms at drop off are dressed for work. White moms are mostly in yoga pants or gym gear. They will go to gym after this, stop at Woolies, prep for lunch, show up on time for Little Kickers , head home singing with their kids, make dinner and do some homework with their kids. While the Black moms are still stuck in traffic trying to be home to atleast read their child a bedtime story.
