No email to any of the 3 beneficiaries or myself, the subscribers. That is just pure madness and I am definitely going to seek compensation and damages!

@RelianceH_ng please confirm why my Mum’s insurance is inactive and I’m coming online to see that other users got mails informing them about their accounts being deactivated and their premiums refunded, while I didn’t get any mail for any of my 3 beneficiaries.

Why am I finding out about her insurance being inactive when she needed healthcare which is the reason I was paying in the first place.

@OrinaOrinakraj Hi @orinaOrinakraj didn’t receive any mail and I had three beneficiaries. When was this mail sent? Just got word that my Mum’s insurance wasn’t working too 🤬🤬
