🥹💬 Wayne Rooney’s message to Kobbie Mainoo [via @BBCSport]:
“Hi Kobbie, just a quick message to say good luck at the World Cup. Just be yourself and you’ll be a star there mate.
“Also, how you’ve handled everything this season has been a lesson to all young football players, a great example to young and old players.
“And finally, you might not see, but having two lads in the United Academy, you should realise you are an inspiration to them and to the young lads there. Keep doing what you are doing, be yourself.
“Much love, Wazza.” #MUFC

IR35 destroyed the social mobility of a generation, there are many people who would have reached financial independence by now if not for IR35.
The worst part about IR35 is you take on all the risks of self employment whilst receiving none of the benefits of full time employment. It's extremely unfair and should be repealed.
I saw a TikTok about a girl who left her boyfriend after 5 years because he lacked ambition. One thing people need to know about ambition is you can not teach, influence or force someone in to being ambitious. They either have it or they don’t and you need to accept that.
🚨🗣️ @JacobsBen on LW targets:
"There's appreciation for Yan Diomande, who's a very versatile player. Leipzig are kind of grandstanding at the moment and saying thats a €100m sale.
Manchester United really like Antony Gordon as well as a potential option, especially knowing that the player actually relishes the chance to have more game time through the centre as a number 9."

Throwback to when Casemiro ripped into Garnacho for being lazy.
Funny there is no senior player in Chelsea team to mentor the arrogant kid. I will forever be grateful to Amorim for getting rid of him.
🚨🎙️ | Michael Carrick with some BIG quotes on Kobbie Mainoo:
“I like the way Kobbie takes the ball. I think that’s a big part of being a footballer, and being the top player is being able to COPE with the environment.
“He's come in at such a young age and played some big games in the Euros for England and for Manchester United and playing a big part in those games.
“So just being able to cope, first off, is a HUGE thing and he's proved he can cope.
“He takes the ball, he drifts, he can play, he can play a little bit deeper at times, he can play a little bit higher up depending on who he's playing with.
“Kobbie can play different roles within that, but definitely with Casemiro in the middle of the last couple of games we've had a really good pairing. They’ve been a big part of CONTROLLING the team.
“He's so young, Kobbie, and he's had some real highs, he's had some disappointments, that's natural. I was similar myself when I was young when I came through.
“It's no different. It makes him BETTER, it makes him stronger, it makes him more experienced and he's showing that at the moment.
“He's a JOY to watch.” 🤝❤️
