Happy Father's Day!
Thank you for all the fathers and father figures for all they do!
The care you provide helps remind us of the importance of connection, support, and prioritizing mental health and wellness.
So remember your encouragement and presence matter.
While conversations around mental health are becoming more common, men are still far less likely to seek help, and the consequences can be devastating.
So letโs remind the men around us that it is okay to reach out, ask for help, and know your not alone.
Being true to yourself helps you feel more grounded, connected, and comfortable in who you are.
The process of showing up as yourself is what helps to support your mental health and wellness.
So remember, be authentically, uniquely, and unequivocally you.

For many people PTSD may go undiagnosed.
Both adults and youth alike can experience PTSD at some point in their lives.
By learning the signs, listening with compassion, and encouraging connection to support, we can help create safe spaces in our communities.
Sometimes we may feel like we are hitting a brick wall.
Those โwallsโ can be the obstacles we carry with us, that are shaped by past experiences and moments.
But those walls donโt have to stay there forever.
So prioritize your mental wellness and conquer the unconquerable.
Recovery is something people work on every single day. It is not a one-time stop, but a journey made up of small steps, courage, and growth. Every situation and every experience can come with both setbacks and wins, but even through the hard moments, progress is still possible.
Being authentically yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
When you embrace who you are without apology, you are creating space for self-acceptance, connection, and personal growth.
Be proud. Be you. Your identity, your voice, and your story matter.
Simple ways to get involved at ASCEND. Something as small as a hygiene care item can make a difference!

Our Dual Recovery Group brings together mental health, substance use, and addiction recovery in a peer-centered space where people can explore without judgment or expectation.
You matter!
Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
As we gather with loved ones and enjoy the holiday weekend, may we also pause to reflect on the true meaning behind this day and the lasting impact loss can have on everyone.
Our Community Residences recently visited our Wellness Garden to learn about gardening and seed planting.
This is a great way to help build life skills, make connections, and support your mental health and wellness!
