@webafrica@vumatel no Internet in Roodepoort since +-22:20, zero updates for almost 9 hours at this point. This is pathetic customer service and can't be considered "best effort" which is in breach of our customer agreement and should now result in compensation for the down time
@vumatel how long does it take to release a line from the previous resident? I have been waiting two weeks and my isp keeps saying they are waiting on you lot
@CityPowerJhb why is the power off again? We spent the day off for "maintenance" yet you can't seem to restore after maintaining.. So what did you actually fix?

@vumatel So it's been more than a week already and I am still waiting. Everyday I contact my isp and they say they are waiting on you and have escalated many times
