Horrified to see the images from New Delhi of the LoP, @rahulgandhi, being manhandled and dragged off to detention. At a time when Indian democracy is being ravaged by the disenfranchisement of 130 million voters, to protest is to stand with every citizen whose constitutional rights are being violated. Maharashtra Police is sending notices to CJP volunteers asking for their Delhi travel expenses and threatening that the protest could turn violent.

How can they make such a claim? Is something already being planned to disrupt our peaceful protest?

Is protecting Gyanu more important than the safety and security of citizens?
