The PMTA process?
If it's non-tobacco flavored - denied
If it's a non large tobacco manufacturer - denied.
Meanwhile, each day, more American adults are misinformed about the continuum of risk among tobaacco products...
As @PeterPitts , Former @FDATobacco Associate Commissioner argued in @RealClearHealth, “When it comes to vaping and e-cigarettes, we mustn’t ignore the body of science proving their harm reduction and smoking cessation benefits. The vaping inquisition must end.”

Friendly reminder - it was FDA-APPROVED products that started the American opiod crisis.
After they started that, that agency got authority to regulate tobacco products and address the smoking crisis.
To date, FDA has not APPROVED a single THR tool.
“With three circuit courts now having ruled fully or partially against the FDA, enough of a “circuit split” exists that the Supreme Court is likely to want to step in and address the issues.”

The sponsor of Kentucky bill HB 11--a typical PMTA registry bill, written for her by the helpful folks at Altria--wants you to think the bill will protect teenagers. What it actually does, @raymerforKY, is protect Marlboro sales.

Join VTA in the fight against SB 61. Stop the enforcement of an FDA regulatory scheme that imposes a defacto-flavored vaping ban. Contact your legislators & tell them to oppose legislation that limits Utahns’ choice of non-tobacco, nicotine products.

Join VTA in the fight against Virginia Bills SB 550 & HB 1069, which force Virginia's adoption, ratification, and enforcement of the Biden Administration's failed FDA regulatory scheme, declared illegal by multiple courts. TELL GOV. YOUNGKIN TO VETO: https://t.co/1bCUYMjKEj
Florida vapers: the legislature has passed the PMTA registry bill. Ask Governor DeSantis to veto this Big Tobacco protection law!

Opinion: Banning flavoured vapes would promote harm, not reduce it
A route by which many tobacco users have been able to quit would be blocked and the black market would expand.

We need you to show up and make your voice heard. Join us at the Governor’s Mansion on Thursday and let Governor DeSantis know the importance of protecting the vaping industry.
