Our College rugby team recently hosted a festival with Blackpool College and College of Rugby at Aldwinians Rugby Club. Each team playing their opponents twice in 7's games. Our team's first season and participation was fantastic throughout the season.

Eliis Finley was man of the match in the latest game for our Man City BTEC team against the league leaders. We were edged out of the game but Ellis' attitude was exlempary throughout and his efforts were capped off with a great goal too π
Luke finished 7th in the AOC regional championships with an impressive 15 minutes and 41 seconds to qualify for next year's nationals in Nottingham. A tough field and Luke did us all proud
Our very own Nia (left) finished second at Thursday's AOC regional championships at @UCLan She gained a PB for the 5K by an impressive 1 minute 20 seconds and qualified for the Nationals in April. We are all incredibly proud.
Our College teams performed outstandingly well yesterday. With our rugby numbers growing they trained in prep for next week's game, basketball won well, netball were edged in a close game and pur women's footballers were runners up in a tournament. Men's football cancelled

Busy week for us here in the spirts department as we have trialled over 100 students for men's and women's football, rugby, basketball and netball. Some real talent on display and the coaches have a challenge choosing who to represent us in the College leagues.

In the recent AOC National Championships held at University of Nottingham, some of our students took part in their respective sports winning women's cross country, 7th in football and badminton and 24th in men's cross country. A brilliant effort all round
Our college futsal team came runners up in the AOC Tournament, hosted by Hopwood Hall. With only 6 players the lads were brilliant lost only one closely contested game against the eventual winners, Winstanley College
