And that they only check for pressure and could not check for major leaks or other problems with the compressor or condenser. Is this not what the offering is as part of the air con diagnostic that you can book on your website?

@Halfords_uk what does it actually take to receive an level of customer service from you guys? 6 weeks of empty promises and still no resolution. I have been waiting got a refund from you since 23rd August after finally getting a resolution (advised 3 working days).
For clarity, I paid for an aircon regas. This failed. I paid for an air con diagnostic to identify the fault. I was advised again to have a regas. This again failed. When I asked why I was told no faults were found during the diagnostic, I was advised it just needed a regas.

@RedcarCleveland what's happening with general waste bin collection for Pine Walk estate in Guisborough? The estate wasn't even un-accessable on Friday yet none of us have had our bins emptied?
