No steps taken against the break down case. Scooter has a break down since 12th Nov 2024 , till now no remedies taken. What the customer will do? Being a Care+ customer I fase same problem as without care+

4 days has already been passed. Not a single action taken against the complain. What about ur service performance. Are u pls extend the warranty period of my scooter for those lapsation periods if not the take strict action against providers.

Today morning I ride near about 15 km. After riding battery balance is 75%. After that I charge it up to 87%. I unlock the scooter and immediately the display gets black and the connection lost from Mobile. Almost in DEAD CONDITION.
