On this day, we enter into the silence of Holy Saturday as we remember Jesus’ body resting in the tomb.

Today, we remember not just a death, but a divine decision to suffer so that we may be saved—we commemorate the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ. On the cross, He bore the weight of our sins, fulfilled what was written, and offered a love so radical and selfless.
