AE पद के लिए BPSC के माध्यम से परीक्षा 400 मार्क्स के लिए जाता है जिसमें कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर काम कर लोगों को अधिकतम 133 मार्क्स का वेटेज दिया जा रहा है, जिसके फलस्वरूप जो फ्रेशर्स है वो 400 मार्क्स में 280 मार्क्स लाकर भी मेरिट से बाहर हो रहे है, जो कॉन्ट्रैक्ट वाले हैं वो 400 में 160 मार्क्स (+133 मार्क्स) लेकर आराम से चयनित हो रहे है। कम्पिटीशन में 133 मार्क्स का वेटेज देना ही गलत है। कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर जो बहाली होती है वो भी संदेह के घेरे में है, तो ये वेटेज देकर उन्हें ही परमानेंट कर दिया जा रहा है। 2020 से अब तक लगभग 2000 पदों पर भर्ती हुई है वो ज्यादातर कॉन्ट्रैक्ट वाले हैं जो बिना किसी फेयर कम्पिटीशन के आए है जो काम गुणवत्ता खराब करने में कोई कमी नहीं करेंगे। ये बदलाव 2019 से है

JE पोस्ट पर बिहार में सिर्फ डिप्लोमा होल्डर्स के लिए ही अलाउड है, https://t.co/OjjTysPdkI वाले बिहार में JE नहीं बन सकते पर पड़ोसी राज्यों में JE पोस्ट के लिए https://t.co/iiYQsAyns5 अलाउड है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट का भी मानना है किसी भी पद के लिए मिनिमम क्वालीफिकेशन बाउंड कर सकते है, मैक्सिमम नहीं, हाल में लगभग 6000 पदों पर भर्ती हुई है बिना किसी कॉम्पटीशन के घर बैठे डिप्लोमा करके बिहार में JE पद पर बहाल हो गए अब इनसे क्या ही क्वालिटी एश्योरेंस करवा लेंगे।

बिहार में 40 इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज है, बिहार से बाहर भी ना जाने कितने लोग पढ़ कर आते है उनके लिए एक फेयर कम्पिटीशन का मौका तक नहीं है साथ ही बिहार सरकार में पदों पर बहाल हुए AE /JE से गुणवत्ता की अपेक्षा रखना ही मूर्खता होगा।

@NitinNabin Sir it's our humble request to look after the matter of BPSC AE in which bpsc is giving 133 marks to contractual students in place of 25 marks.
I hope you have remember this matter as some of students have meet with you regarding this matter.
