people get on him for spending BTC for pizza, but he was one of the first miners. he had 200k BTC and Satoshi emailed him and asked him if he could do real world transactions with them. It was the first step to get us here. Just like we will inevitably look back at the things we could have done differently, somethings need to be done to move us on the journey!
@ThorTorrens@wangminershop@Recchoo@cypherpunk That’s a tall order, you’d have to do it in batches and hand logistics and a place to run them. If you’re serious I can point you in the right direction. Ive had one of the larger ZEC mines for the past couple of years.
Your heads in the right place but your math is off, I have a large ZEC mine, with 1,000 miners 2,500/month will not be possible with bitmain re-releasing more miners. Difficulty will increase. They will keep producing until profits lower and sales slow. But either way it’s a good move. My cost of production is $40/ZEC at current difficulty.
@0xGramajo@cypherpunk@mert You can run a Z15s on a dedicated 240v 15amp breaker. We’re developing a small wattage solo miner that will be out later this year
@ondrej0x@cypherpunk You can check out https://t.co/rc9Y2rrrYg or sites like that. You can also buy a miner and have it professionally hosted. Be cautious on the rentals make sure the math works
@HobbyistMiner I have 100 en route, I think they dropped to the brokers first. I did hear another manufacturer is releasing a ZEC miner later this year. No details on specs yet
