On this day last year, we sold our 1st product on amz (RA toy from Smyths ๐). Now we're doing ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ธ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ & ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ธ ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ profit p/m (No VAs/PC).
Here's how we scaled so quickly๐งต๐
@GONK_FBA Yeah completly agree, i'd say if they only spend ยฃ5-ยฃ10k you break even on their salary + time you spend training and managing them + reviewing their leads. Better off sourcing yourself & growing your capital if they can only spend this
@ProBuyingToys Agree we often see some of the best % discounts during the year of release, but for most people most of the time they'd be better off buying during the retiring year for a decent % discount
I'm giving away a sheet with 180+ leads from Qogita by VA this week to 5 people this Sunday
I'm sure at least 100+ will be buyable.
You'll also get a discount code on your first order worth ยฃ100 & monthly leads if you win

@ChrisPotter361 So we're turning our inventory much quicker from purchase to sell through and can get a few more full turns per year compared to the USA. Maybe this is why higher volume, lower ROIs and margins can work for us?
@ChrisPotter361 That's very interesting, I'm comparing our situation in the UK to the USA, but I don't think it's like for like. In the UK, our lead times from purchasing to being available for sale is typically around 2 weeks compared to 1 month+ in USA from what I hear.
