On May 15th, the Trump administration’s Office of Budget and Management (OMB) published a notice to rescind the Biden-era Bureau of Land Management Conservation and Landscape Health Rule. Let's be clear: these lines will NOT create a single watt of new energy. They're a massively expensive extension cord, a bandaid over poor energy policy decisions in Texas.
