التصالح مع عدم الندم،

دي حاجة حاولت اشتغل علي نفسي فيها، لأننا كبشر عندنا موهبة في إننا نقعد ننبش في قراراتنا القديمة ونقول “يا ريتني عملت كذا” و”يا ريتني ما عملتش كذا”!

بس الحقيقة إن الدنيا ماشية بميكانيزم واحد بس.. القرار اتاخد؟ تمام، خلاص، مفيش داعي بقى نقعد نلطم عليه، لأن ببساطة: اللي حصل حصل… واللي جاي أهم.

يعني مثلا، امبارح وإحنا بنعمل الرانك ليست، قرار مصيري بس في النهاية… القرار اتاخد، والمهم دلوقتي هو التصالح معاه. لأن بجد، مفيش حاجة بتخلص طاقتنا النفسية أكتر من إننا نقعد نجلد نفسنا!

فالحل؟ التصالح… والتوكل…. لأن زي ما بنقول كده: ما تندمش على قرار كنت مقتنع بيه وقتها، لأنك وقتها كنت بتعمل أحسن حاجة تقدر عليها بالمعلومات اللي كانت عندك.

خد نفس، بص قدامك… واللي حصل حصل!

My journey began in January 2021. Nearly 4 years of challenges, sacrifices, and unwavering family support have brought me here. Now, it’s less than 3 months until the final milestone: becoming a radiologist!
