My first job was a dishwasher & busboy at spring creek bbq when 16yrs old.

At 18yr I left Dallas to get away from trouble and worked at a friends restaurant.

I started as a dishwasher, busboy, kitchen helper, training chef, chef,

(I told everyone I would own a restaurant by 26 and I did)

head chef, bartender, sushi, General Manager, part owner, owner then quit to train MMA.

It’s the only thing in my life I went from the bottom all the way up and earned everything.
