Finally got to watch the new version of Interview with a Vampire. I'm curious what other writers think about the fact that they, imo, drastically changed Anne Rice's work. I hated it and stopped after episode four.
I'm quitting streaming.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone who has supported me through this chapter of my life and how much I adore all of the friends I've made.
I could go into long winded depth about the effects of streaming on mental health, the dehumanization, the way things can be for women in this space, and maybe someday I will, but for now I just want to say goodbye.
I'm going to go touch some plants, maybe finish my psych degree, play games for fun, write more, and definitely get more therapy.
I won't completely disappear from the internet, but I've realized this isn't where I belong and that I love people too much to exist in this place and not do anything about it.
Last stream will be June 10th around 3 pst.

The first three words you see will inspire your next project.
Me: witch, Gail, prank
Easy. I'll write a story about a witch named Gail who likes to play pranks.😆

Already heard back from one beta reader RE the fantasy novel. She said,” the glossary of terms, and proper names is overwhelming.” What are your thoughts on having a glossary in the front or back of a fantasy novel? #WritingCommunity.
@jodyjsperling I think the question is obscure. It depends on what one considers a "bad person". Poverty can certainly make people do bad things. That does not always mean that they are bad people. It can also be a root cause in the creation of what most of us would call a "bad person".
