Translated: walls, surveillance tech etc force people into irregular routes.

The only way to prevent further deaths in the Mediterranean is to open safe regular routes for people to come to Europe.

The #MigrationPact the EU is to adopt doesn't say anything about this but only steps up immigration detention and deportations. See you at the next shipwreck.
