American flight from Chattanooga to Charlotte just updated we are delayed and will board at 8:20.Unfortunately it is 8:25 @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir They do not have a gate agent to board the plane and the sipervisor refuses to come help

Spoke to a gate agent at another gate and she tried to help. I ask for a supervisor and she said they were at the ticket counter and would not come down to help. Very disappointing @AmericanAir

Very concerned with the American Airlines service at Chattanooga airport. Flight was supposed to board 15 mins ago and there is no gate agent . @AmericanAir

@stevekouleas was just listening to your session on NHL radiio about players coming off LTR for the playoffs. Has there been any discussion about having a salary cap in the playoffs only for players dressed for the game. This would allow them to have extra players on the roster.

@AmericanAir Flight 2782 is still delayed due to our crew being pulled to another flight with no explanation from AA. Very disappointing !!!

@AmericanAir Why was out flight crew pulled to another flight . We were on time so there is no way they timed out . You delayed my flight so another flight could be on time.

@JamesWo96211899 @Delta @AmericanAir In most cases Delta has provided great service . Not in this case. I sent in questions on flight issues from TPA-MIA and TPA-FLL and have not received a response in 30 days . @Delta

Disappointed with Delta. Since all fares from TPA- MIA are over $1k, I will use Amer for my monthly trip. Can not use the Delta club I paid for @Delta @AmericanAir

At the Miami airport and I’ve waited in line 30 minutes to get into the Delta sky club that is listed as slightly busy in the Delta app. Delta is not providing the service as I paid for.@Delta very disappointing

Very disappointing flight on American Airlines tonight into Knoxville . We waited 25 mins after getting near the gate to pull in and start unloading . Very long day. @AmericanAir

Horrible service from American Airlines. Two flights canceled for my son - had to book on another airlines to get him in town for family event . After over an hour wait for customer service , they refused giving me a refund. I do not need a credit @AmericanAir .

Very disappointed with American Airlines. My son’s flight was delayed today. It would have caused him to miss his connection. So he booked a flight tomorrow morning. Now that one’s been canceled. I tried to call to get it fixed over an hour wait.@AmericanAir

Disappointed with Delta this morning . Flight is scheduled to take off in 20 minutes and plane is not at the gate . We are being told there is a delay in towing the plane to the gate . This does not make sense for an early flight . DL2546 from RDU @Delta

Just attempted to check into my Hyatt hotel reservation in Alpharetta Georgia. I was told I didn’t have a room available. They also provided no assistance in finding a replacement reservation.@Hyatt
