Turbo needed to act faster but instead they waited days publicly posting that the IRS made an error and instead we are getting checks, yes they made a very fixable error (H&R proved that to be fixable) but T.T is doing damage control

@jaybobaggin @turbotax They are lying, even IRS website says we have to try to claim it in our taxes a and get the refund that way. H&R Block was in the same position and handled it well, their customers for their money.

H&R Block fixed their situation bc they didn’t send back the checks like T.T did. Now it’s to late. IRS said we have to claim it as tax credit instead. We will not be getting checks as of rite now

@turbotax Obviously the people that used the “pay with refund” option don’t always have extra money just lying around, which is why they opted for that option.. Sounds like the people that need the stimulus the most are the ones who are getting screwed including myself. Thanks TurboTax
