مجھے تمہارے حوصلے اور استقامت پر فخر ہے۔ تم نہ جھکے ہو، نہ ڈرے ہو؛ یہ قید زندگی بھر تمہارے لیے باعثِ فخر رہے گی۔وفاداری بشرطِ استواری اصلِ ایماں ہے۔
امتحان تمہارے سے زیادہ ان لوگوں کا ہے جنہوں نے تمہارے اوپر غیر قانونی غیر آئینی ظلم کے پہاڑ ڈھائے ہیں۔ دس سالہ قید میں سے تین سال گزر چکے ہیں؛ باقی سات بھی، اگر قسمت میں یہی لکھا ہے، ان شاء اللہ پلک جھپکتے گزر جائیں گے۔
آئین و قانون پامال کرکے تمہیں گرفتار کیا گیا اور ایک فوجی عدالت نے دس سال قید کی سزا سنا دی، مگر آج تک نہ جرم واضح کیا گیا، نہ دسمبر 2024 میں سنائے گئے فیصلے کی آج تک تفصیلات سامنے آئیں ہیں۔ایک دو سطری فیصلہ بھی جاری نہ ہونا اس پورے عمل کی کے کھوکھلے پن اور موجود ہائی برڈ نظام کی بے بنیاد حیثیت مستحکم کرتا ہے۔ اصل شکست پاکستان اور اس کے بچے کھچے نظامِ انصاف وقانون کی ہے۔
تمہیں سزا دینے اور انصاف سے محروم رکھنے والے اداروں میں بیٹھ کر اپنے حلف پامال کر رہے ہیں۔ بوٹ کی نوک اور کالے کوٹ کی آڑ میں آئین و قانون کو مفادات کی بھینٹ چڑھایا چکے ہیں۔ وسیع و عریض خلقِ خدا ان سے بیزار اور ان کے مکافاتِ عمل کی گرفت میں آنے کی منتظر ہے۔ پاکستان میں تاریخ بار بار دہرائی جا رہی ہے؛ ماضی کے جن جرنیلوں اور ججوں نے آئین سے کھلواڑ کیا، وہ باقی زندگی اپنی صفائیاں دیتے دیتے بالآخر قبروں میں جا اترے اور آج نشانِ عبرت ہیں۔
حسان بیٹا! تم اصولوں پر قائم ہو اور تمہاری عزت و وقار میں اضافہ ہوا ہے۔ ایک جہان تمہاری پامردی، بہادری اور استقامت کا معترف ہے۔ اللہ سے تعلق جتنا گہرا ہو، آزمائش سہنے کا حوصلہ اتنا ہی بڑھتا ہے، اور اس تعلق کی گہرائی کی نہ کوئی حد ہے، نہ حساب۔ قید کے اڑتیس ماہ میں تم نے تفہیم القرآن کی چھ جلدیں مکمل کیں، سیرت پر درجنوں کتابیں پڑھیں اور فقہ، تاریخ، سیاست، جغرافیائی سیاست اور تزویراتی امور کا وسیع مطالعہ کیا۔ دنیاوی آلائشوں سے دور رہ کر علم و دین سے اس تعلق کو اللہ تعالیٰ کا انعام سمجھو۔
تمہیں قید کرنے والے خود عدمِ تحفظ کے اسیر ہیں؛ عہدے بچانے اور دنیاوی مفادات سمیٹنے کے لیے گناہ و جرم میں ایک دوسرے سے سبقت لے جا رہے ہیں۔ ایسوں لوگوں پر فیصلہ کی گھڑی آن پہنچی ہے اللہ کے ہاں دیر تو ہو سکتی ہے اندھیر نہیں ہے۔

My mother, Noreen Niazi, my khalas Aleema Khan & Dr Uzma Khan have completed 30 days of unlawful detention under MPO — and still not released.

Today marks 30 days since my aunts, Dr Uzma Khan @DrUzma_KhanPK and Noreen Niazi @Noreen_KhanPK were taken from their homes and detained under the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) law.

Their 30-day detention period has now reached its expiry, yet we have received no further order from the Lahore High Court, nor any official communication from the Punjab Home Department or jail authorities explaining the legal basis for their continued detention or confirming their release.

On what legal grounds are they still being held? Why have they not been released?

For an entire month, they have been denied access to their families and legal counsel. Their only crime is standing by their brother, Imran Khan @ImranKhanPTI and refusing to remain silent.

Thirty days of detention. No family access. No legal access. No justice.

Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi has been illegally detained since 20th September & kept inhumanly!
