Happen the same with me from @Ryanair PORTO. The employee Ana Aguiar displayed discriminatory and inappropriate behavior during boarding for flight Porto–Milan BGY FR4041 at Porto Airport. I was charged a baggage fee without justification, even though my bag fit the required ⬇️

A formal complaint has been submitted and the case will be escalated to the relevant aviation authorities.

This was not an isolated case.

Other passengers with me had similar bags that also fit in the sizer and were forced to pay as well.

One of them was ultimately denied boarding during this situation.

It gets worse:

- Refused to provide a receipt
- Staff manually wrote down card details
- Continued even after being told it was not appropriate
- Claimed it was the only payment method available
- Refused to identify themselves and covered name badges
