@JustEatUK I received the same generic message that it “doesn’t meet policy” with no explanation.
It’s when issues arise that an organisation’s true values show. Sadly, @JustEatUK has shown little regard for the end user. Hiding behind policies.

@JustEatUK Very disappointed. Placed a collection order that was never prepared or even started when I arrived. Cancelled at the restaurant and was told I’d be refunded. Received no food or service, yet you’ve refused the refund with generic “policy” replies and no explanation!
