ये तो fact है कि 2006 में मुंबई की local में serial blasts हुए थे. ये भी एक दर्दनाक सच है कि इस हादसे में 189 बेकसूर लोगों की मौत हुई थी, 800 से ज़्यादा निर्दोष घायल हुए थे. ये भयानक मंज़र कभी भुलाया नहीं जा सकता. लेकिन दुख की बात ये है कि 19 साल बाद भी इस सवाल का जवाब नहीं है कि ये blast किसने किए. सैकड़ों लोगों की मौत का ज़िम्मेदार कौन है. ये वाकई में हमारी जांच agencies की बहुत बड़ी नाकामी है. Lower Court और High Court के बीच जिस तरह का contrast है वो shocking है. Lower Court ने गवाहों के बयानों को सही माना लेकिन High Court ने उन्हीं गवाहों के बयानों को नकार दिया. जांच के दौरान SIT ने बरामद किए गए RDX को पुख्ता सबूत बताया. Lower Court ने भी माना, लेकिन High Court ने RDX को serial blast का सबूत मानने से इनकार कर दिया. Lower Court ने आरोपियों के इकबालिया बयानों को सही माना, लेकिन High Court को लगता है कि बयान दबाव में लिए गए. सोचने वाली बात ये है कि Lower Court जिस जांच के आधार पर, जिन गवाहों के बयानों पर यकीन करके, जिन सबूतों को सच मान कर serial blast के लिए 12 लोगों को दोषी ठहराती है, High Court 10 साल के बाद उन्हीं गवाहों के बयान और उन्हीं सबूतों को रद्दी की टोकरी में फेंक कर सभी आरोपियों को बरी कर देती है. अब जो लोग मारे गए उनके परिवार वालों को देश क्या जवाब दे? अब मामला Supreme Court में जाएगा. फिर कई साल लगेंगे. ये शर्म की बात है कि बम फटे, 189 लोग मारे गए लेकिन ये नहीं पता कि गुनहगार कौन है.
