While technology in education is a very innovative idea to bring to schools, the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that a full transition to online classes is not the answer. Motivation to stay on task has been an issue for many students in K-12 and the collegiate level. #edchat2022

@Kacier2020 I totally agree. I wish teachers would use these resources more often. I feel like with an increase in the use of technology along with new waves of teachers coming in, we will see more online simulations and programs being put to use in the classroom.

Educational games are a great way to get students engaged in the content you're trying to teach. It'll be interesting to see what new and innovative resources come along with simulations and virtual reality becoming more popular. #EdChat2022

@kjfranciskovich Most people just use common search engines like google, yahoo, etc. However, I think as teachers, we should introduce more search engines to and help guide students to use the best ones.

@ClareWorkman Absolutely. Internet filters are very crucial in school systems to make sure students don't end up on a website that they shouldn't be on.
