@AmericanAir here comes the incompetency. Were military on orders & have a pet as checked baggage. I called for WEEKS to verify often…then today-DAY OF FLIGHT I’m being told eh actually no?! Remember calls are recorded! If she doesn’t make this flight-you pay to get her home!!!

@united how is this right??? Husband and I are looking at flights at the same time. All info is the exact same but his prices are almost $100 more. Why? And he has credits to use but why bother if they only help bring the price down to normal?

@AmericanAir I am honestly TERRIFIED of our upcoming military PCS flight with you. Your agents can’t give answers on checking our pet, policies, check flight details or anything! We are stuck with AA and relying on you to get us to our new home. This isn’t okay.

@AmericanAir how are your agents so clueless?!? And how do you not have 24 hour desks for intl guests & emergencies?!? Military on orders trying to figure out pet reservations (has to be checked), getting no answers and given the run around. This isn’t ok-we need our flight!!!!!
