@CRYPTIDKILL Also had the suggestion for a mouth guard, but it caused different issues for me. Definitely need to work on remembering to relax your jaw. Noting that with the ibuprofen comment, make sure you only take it with food. Empty stomach will cause more acid buildup and reflux.
