@Jarvis_Labs_LLC No. This is classic case of bank run similar to FTX. If circle honors 1:1 redemption, last ones holding the bag lose everything and rest gets out 1:1. Circle needs to halt withdrawal unless they are planning to fill the hole
@cryptzos This is wrong. In derivs, a buyer + seller = 1 contract. This way, if you are buying into another closing, you're just adopting that contract which already has a counter party.
