Inspite of giving clear instructions not to make the gravy spicy as it was meant for my small kids. The instructions were not followed.

It's red spicy hot. Can't eat and now have to order again 😭

I have an issue with my order #7743720568. My instructions were not followed, the gravy is very spicy and oily.

My kids can't eat, now have to order again. Waste of time and efforts.

Even customer care is unreachable, any issue drop a mail.

First of all change your handle to zomato doesn't care.
No customer support, any concerns mail us... This is frustrating. Even after spending money on taking a gold subscription and money on orders, you order is messed up..
