@OregonHomer 6 conferences of 12 teams. These are mainly geographic but also respect tradition and historical rivals. Split into divisions of 6. Play 5 division opponents and 2 non-division. Play 5 teams from other conferences. 8 team playoff, 6 champs and 2 at large
@CycloneLarry69 15 teams per conference is odd, especially with divisions. I would increase to 16 and promote 1 more team in each conference area
For most geographic consistency, I’d put all schools in CO in Pac12, AR/LA in Big12, IA/MO/KY/IN in Big10, FL in SEC, and PA/NY/NJ in ACC
