@HannahDavisUNO Hannah,
I think this article is a perfect example for describing "debiasing". For years, these models have always looked the same and I love how everyone is finally realizing that everyone is beautiful in their own way. #mavDM
This class has taught me a lot about how to make decisions carefully and the outcomes. I have learned a lot from this class. It was always very interesting seeing what other students had to say during discussion posts and tweets. #mavDM
This article can cause a lot of escalation of conflict. A lot of people, especially women believe they should be able to receive such thing when they need it most. This can cause a lot of anger for some people which then can cause conflict. #mavDM
A woman in Minnesota is suing two pharmacies, including CVS, for sex discrimination after she claims she was denied a morning-after pill. https://t.co/BW222mtbyJ
@Livingstone19 I agree that being a full time student and working a full time job can help you become a lot more independent and confident. If you are just sitting around all day you tend to lose confidence I feel like. #mavDM
This week we talked about how to make decisions by outside factors. One of the ways was acquire expertise which is learning from an expert. I love learning things from experts because I think you will learn the most that way and they will help you make the best decision. #mavDM
This is very interesting because if LSU ends up doing better than they were because of this updated technology, that might change the decision of how other football teams work out and they might come up with the same technology. #mavDM
@madelynmarkin Maddie, this is a great example! I feel like a lot of us experience that on a day to day basis. When we know something is not the right answer but we make it work anyway and commit to what we originally planned on doing. #mavDM
I think a lot of people deal with escalation of conflict. One example that a lot of people deal with is sports. Two people could be rooting for different teams and that can cause conflicts between those two people. #mavDM
This can deal with escalation of conflict, which we talk about in week 13. Escalation of conflict deals with announcing one's position. So whichever billionaire wins this fight will cause more conflict between them. #mavDM
The fight between billionaires Steve Ballmer and James Dolan over a piece of real estate in working-class Inglewood has recently gotten a whole lot nastier https://t.co/ntG4ChzLdG
I have noticed when I am making a decision that I am passionate about, I make the decision with emotion. I always take a while to think about the outcome and that usually helps me make the end decision. #mavDM
