First, many SNAP recipients have jobs. They’re just living below the poverty line because of tremendous wealth inequality.
Second, many are disabled and children and can’t work.
Third, no one should starve to death.
Follow the money. I believe that when a bottom cast group has leaders who are more interested in fame and getting the bag, before the movement, they intentionally squander opportunities for cash. No one can tell me that when America saw a million Black men or large crowds of ADOS people with a mission, they wouldn't interrupt the leaders with cash to derail any progress.
That's why it's important to understand those we choose to lead us are solid, not out for themselves, but 10 toes down for the movement and people. This is one of many reasons I follow and support ADOS and Yvette. She can't be paid off to mislead ADOS.

I tend to want what’s best for everyone in the world who has suffered oppression. Doesn’t mean that’s really my responsibility or that I can effectively tackle that issue.
My people are owed reparations & a better quality of life, so that’s my main work. I will collaborate where it’s mutually beneficial.
I’ll never understand how that’s hard or controversial.
