This is a goodbye.
After the end of our playoff run, I said that some of us had to reflect on our future, and one of them was me. So, for anyone who doesnโt want to read the whole post: Iโve decided to retire. There are multiple reasons, but mainly I feel itโs time to move on. Working in esports and in R6 has always been my dream, but I knew it wouldnโt last forever, thatโs why I kept pursuing my studies. Over time, I also started to feel that my passion for the game wasnโt there anymore, that I was beginning to fall behind. While the me of three years ago would have done anything to stay at the top, now things have changed. That said, Iโll still follow tournaments and the game. That love will never die.
This was the news, but Iโd also like to reflect a bit on my career and thank everyone who had an impact on it. I know Iโm not among the greatest coaches in Rainbow, but I consider myself someone who always gave his best to help the teams and players I worked with. When I started my career, I focused mostly on strategy, probably because I was more knowledgeable on that side and, being younger, gave less importance to other aspects. But in my last years, especially in my last team, I understood how important it is to manage the people behind the players, and to help them grow not only in-game but also as individuals. I learned that the unity and synergy of a team arenโt built only through practice and scrims, but also, and above all, through trust, respect, and care for one another.
I never won big tournaments (the biggest were the Japan League and the T2 Finals ๐คฆโโ๏ธ), but I donโt care, because I know I helped every team I worked with to grow and achieve their goals while I was there. For a long time, I was one of the few imports who truly believed in the APAC playstyle and tried to help players understand its boundaries, especially during my time in Korea and Japan. In SEA, I saw pure passion: players who faced real struggles (orgs, money, visas, etc.), but whose love for competition never faded. Every scrim was full of smiles and laughs, and they always kept a positive attitude even when things were tough. For a while, I was also in OCE, itโs not really known, but I had a great time with that crazy mix of players in the Keltons Knights. And finally, I came back home, to the place I once swore Iโd never work in. Iโm glad the players I met there changed my mind. With them I saw raw, incredible talent, they only needed someone to unite them, and I think our historic EML qualification proved I was able to do so.
To conclude, I need to thank some people. First, my family, even if at the beginning they didnโt really support me, once they saw how much it meant to me, they truly stood by my side. To all the players I worked with: thank you so much. You made me a better person, and I hope I did the same for you. Thanks also to my girlfriend and friends, the ones who always asked how the matches went. You were my best supporters. Thanks to the only org that treated me well (all the others pure shit, up to you to guess which I mean). And finally, thanks to all the fans around the world, from Japan to Italy, from Korea to Indonesia. Your love always gave me the energy and strength to do better.
This time, for the last time:
Thank you, grazie, ใใใใจใ, ๊ฐ์ฌํฉ๋๋ค, grร cies, gracias!
E ORA GUARDATECI ! DATECI IL GIUSTO PESO ! CHE NON SIAMO QUA A GIOCHICCHIARE, A PETTINARE LE BAMBOLE. SIAMO QUI PER VINCERE !

SEMPRE E SOLO FORZA MACKO ๐ฎ๐นโค๏ธ
One of the most stressfull games of my life, starting 4 down and bouncing back to finally win in regular. The boys are proving people wrong, but we always need to go step by step, match by match!
As always thanks/grazie for the support and see you next week
GG to Falcons. We must learn that we can't give these teams any chances, need to play more as a team, and avoid giving away easy kills. Overall though even if the score doesn't show it, I think we proved we can compete with anyone.
Thank you for the support and see you next week
