@Jenny_ORegan Grit guy, great asset but they all peaked together and still fell short. It didn’t work, he’s valuable but we’re a ways off and he’s not a “build around”. Send him to Minnie and let him shoot for a cup
@vzmercogliano Do we care at this point? No issue with 73 but how the hell can we go back to that after these Olympics? Just end it and let’s look to next year
@MollieeWalkerr@nypost We’re living a Master Class of what not to do. Spirit and culture left two years ago, the player moves - most warranted - clearly didn’t work. Seems that it’s time to start assigning blame to the suits that shape, build and manage things. This club just has an unshakeable funk.
@StealthQE4 Sounds like bullshit to me. Yes, taxes and insurance are going up, that is a scam for sure. There’s more to the story, like an adjustable mortgage or something along those lines.
@StealthQE4 I’m a broker and appraiser in ATL pushing 35 yrs doing this. Buying a home is not what it used to be. There are better investments at the end of the day.
@texasrunnerDFW Builders don’t care, build trash shed quality, and dummies buy them. Happened last crash, hopefully the builders will get smoked again. Buyers need to stop being played
@Chris_Smth 34 years as an appraiser and broker, routine for sellers. Most are too emotionally connected, won’t listen. The market is always right - we’re seeing that now as overpriced trash sits
@ethanflynncpa The stupidity of the buyers that were reckless during the post pandemic times is unparalleled. The wise ones - and many will still take a hit if they need to sell now - used professional agents. I do this all of the time now, they don’t care about the data LOL
