Did the police arrest or attack you to enforce the mandatory curfew during George Floyd protests in 2020? Did you witness police abuse people during those protests? Fill out this survey to assist an ongoing lawsuit against the City:

Two Cop City defendants who were recently indicted a second time by the GA AG have filed a demand for speedy trial. Prosecutors must either hold a trial or drop the charges. Previously, the AG used delays strategically to draw out the RICO case for years. https://t.co/IKb2L1IrtQ
We will help protect the rights of these activists and ensure they cannot be held in jail. Please support the Atlanta Solidarity Fund and every organization which does legal support, jail support, and anti-repression work. Solidarity wins against repression.
Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr has indicted three Cop City protesters on questionable charges based on allegations from 4 years ago. Why now? Carr is seeking redemption with far-right voters after his failed years-long campaign to get RICO convictions of Cop City activists.
Using baseless criminal indictments as an electoral publicity stunt is not only harmful to democracy and due process, it won't even work. These charges, like Carr's past political prosecutions, will fail because they are based on fantasy, not facts.

Read this article by @defendmovements about how the failing Stop Cop City RICO prosecution is still an effective repression strategy. We will see more of this. https://t.co/ZNCS9YtLr6
Bail is expensive! Lawyers are expensive! Helping victims of repression takes resources. When everyone gives a little, it means a lot to those who suffer abuse by the authorities. Set up a donation today, get a hoodie to show you're on the freedom side. https://t.co/e3h5kqPPF5
If 2025 was any indication, 2026 will be an intense year for political repression. Please donate to help us continue keeping activists safe and out of jail. Plus, you can get one of these hoodies for being a contributor!

We are looking in to this case. The more we learn, the clearer it becomes that the DOJ is trying to criminalize the use of privacy-protecting phones.

The only way to get one is to be a recurring donor to the Atlanta Solidarity Fund. To get yours, set up a donation of at least $20/mo โค๏ธโโค๏ธ
We have learned that an Atlanta-based activist was arrested by DHS and FBI yesterday around 6pm. Community leaders say this arrest is an attack on dissent, and call for his release. Charges are unknown. We stand ready to support all targets of political repression.
Regardless we will continue our work supporting and defending those who are targeted for political prosecution. Please contribute at https://t.co/GLNtilApqK to help us keep going, and stand up for protesters wherever you see them attacked!
The Cop City RICO is in crisis. Judge Farmer plans to throw out the bulk of the case on the reasoning that the Georgia Attorney General's office was not invited by the Fulton DA (Fani Willis) to bring the case, so it lacks constitutional authority to prosecute.
This is not the end of the RICO case, but it's a reminder that the State's campaign of repression is destined to fail. What happens next will decide whether the AG simply returns to the drawing board for the next round of attacks, or is finally held accountable for their abuses.
Pre-trial motions were heard today for the Cop City RICO case. Prosecutors showed that they lack evidence, and worse - they haven't even bothered to build a coherent argument over the past two years.
Political prosecutions are about suppressing protest, not winning trials.
...the authorities have ignored due process and constitutional rights in their rush to shut down dissent. While it's good to see this recognized now, we are still waiting for justice for the many other violations which all Cop City defendants still face.
Over two years ago, Jamie Marsicano was arrested and charged with "domestic terrorism" because of their participation in protests against Cop City. Today those charges have been dismissed. While the RICO case still stands, this is a telling victory in the larger fight.
From the start, the campaign to kill the Stop Cop City movement has been a series of abuses of the legal system to gain "tactical advantage" against people protesting powerful interests. From police brutality to unlawful arrests to bogus indictments to punitive bond conditions...
