@lordwolften @GeneralMCNews It’s Florida we don’t need to create more rain. South Florida has distinct tropical wet/dry seasons. We get more than enough rain in the wet season and much of our plants need the dry season just as much as they’ve adapted to live in this cycle. Orchids are a prime example.

They could have made sure they wouldn’t be reassessed beforehand. Florida has homestead for this type of situation where you spend a lifetime in a home

@Playteaux1 This is interesting, in Fl they’re building 350 apartments next to me out of a shopping center like this. That project for nearly 9x the amount of units is 134 million.
