Working with tickets - meaning small incremental value adds - can provide a huge relief! At least that's how I feel working in quite a complex domain. One step at a time in the right direction ... :-) #agile

Sharing information with others helps moving parts from the Façade cell to the Open cell. When we receive feedback, the Blind Spot cell decreases and the Open cell increases in size. Coaching or therapy makes parts of the Unkown cell known.
The main goal of sprint planning is to give the whole team something to #focus on for the next sprint! ... and this is actually fairly difficult ...

Having the backlog as a prioritized *list* is a simple and vital technique to make sure there is only ever *one* item at the top. If your system allows having e.g. 4 most-important items it's no longer prioritized ... and most likely leads to a lot of confusion.

@JeffreyCufaude As long as the other person gets the cue „I want to listen“ everything is fine! All I am saying is, that often people need a bit of nodding or rephrasing or ... to be aware that someone is actually listening
There is plenty of truth in this :-)
... although I would not encourage people to be totally silent, this is still way better than giving advice or playing it down.
