@ATCanonymous Annually for cost of living, but a significant increase I'd say whenever something of note happens that would constitute a raise. Could be annually, could be after 5 years.

@ATCanonymous Teaching. But others require another degree. I know of quite a few ATs who have gone to PT/PA/Nursing/Chiro school. Some have gone out of medicine entirely.
