@lufthansa@DavidBreskvar Alll of the above applies to me too pls, I have been fobbed of twice now and advised I contact my travel company however I am doing, the flights we’re booked directly with @lufthansa, you also took the money for additional baggage for the flight that cancelled. Poor very poor
