@Jenny_1884 Since when has a GP given you a flu jab. Nurses and pharmacists give injections. So no not remotely strange different staff. Also you getting a flu jab stops other weaken and more susceptible people getting flu and weakens the severity of it if you get it. It’s not all about you!

Yes you expect tenants to do X or Y but you account for a budget for them to not do so in your business model. It is the cost of doing business. Just like people not paying or turning up in other business.

@PolskiHipis @Rickgannon No one is saying the tenant has the “right” to damage property what we are saying is it is hardly major damage, hardly unusual, it is not a luxury Knightsbridge penthouse. Hire cars get dented, pub glasses get broken, this is what insurance policies and deposits are for.
