spring is in the air; did a brill workshop this morning with CARDIO IN IT (?!); had a beaut planning session with Jo; so much joy experimenting with being an avatar with Japanese poetry with @DanceBase; now for reflections and a cuppa (feeling good is rare, I'm taking stock) 🌻
